Stop Blaming Food For You Gaining Weight!

Are you one of these people that blame food for your overeating, blaming food for you being overweight??

I know how easy this can be, as I use to do it myself, years ago I use to tell people; "I had too much to eat because the food was so nice I couldn't put it down."

Looking back I laugh at some of the excuses I use to come up with, like; 
☞Chocolate has sugar in it, which makes it so addictive and hard to put down. That's another good excuse, right? haha

But this is no joke, it's a serious matter that is making people around the world becoming more and more depressed and overweight because of the power food has over them.

Well, it's not all negative as there is a way around it, a secret way to have your cake and eat it so to speak.

The trick to slow down this bad habit is to NOT tell yourself you can't have it but to just have less of it.
You know if we tell someone they can't have something, that person is going to want it more.

So in the beginning, we need to focus on portion control first, mentally you are still getting to eat all those foods you love but it fewer amounts🍟🍕.

Once we can learn to control the amount we eat we can then start playing around with swapping foods out for others🍔🥘.

This process takes time but I have adapting this way of portion control with many of my clients and the results of how my clients look and deal with food afterwards are amazing✔.
