8 Ways To Hit 10,000 Steps A Day!

When some people start their fat/weight loss journey moving can be hard and trying to achieve 10,000 steps in one go maybe even harder and this is why I have given you some tricks that I use with my clients so you can get some extra steps in during your normal day to day life.
How to get extra steps in:
▶1) Take the stairs:
☞Simply changing taking a lift to walking the stairs can increase your steps by three times.

▶2) Park farther:
☞Next time you are going to park your car, instead of looking for that one free space closest to the shops park further away, from where you will find loads of spaces and of course get those steps in.

▶3) Drink water:
☞Yep, you heard me, drink water, the more you drink the more you need to get up and walk to the toilet.

▶4) Take a walk:
☞Go for a walk in your lunch break, after dinner.

▶5) Go the long way:
☞If you are going to walk from A to B why not take the long way round.

▶6) Clean the house:
☞You will be amazed by how many steps you can rack up by cleaning your house.

▶7) Phone a friend:
☞Next time you phone your friend how about you get up so you can walk and talk.

▶8) Window shop:
☞Some of my client's favourite's way of getting their steps in, getting your steps in while walking around the shops.
