Who am I
Hey all, I am Coach Salvatore Bruno and I am the founder of Version2 Fitness.
I am a NASM Certified Fitness Coach, Nutrition Specialist and a Life coach, I help my clients around the world achieve their fat loss, fitness and lifestyle goals using three key ingredients, Fitness, Nutrition and Mindset.
I do not believe in fad diets and this is why I specialise in designing bespoke plans which are easy to understand and allow my clients to learn along the way allowing them to get a better understanding about workouts, nutrition and the importance of looking after their bodies.
With my easy to use fitness app I am able to give my clients they workouts, plans and guidelines at their fingertips, this app gives them access to my database of workout videos, recipes, motivational messages, podcasts and so much more.
I wanted to give my clients something new, something fresh and here at V2 that is exactly what you get, you don’t just get me, a fitness Wellness coach, you get the works, guidance, support and the knowledge to achieve your goals, everything I wished I had when I started my fitness journey.
Personal Journey: My own personal fat loss journey started in 2013, I weighed in at 105kgs and managed to get on stage for a fitness model competition 3 years later at 73kgs. Since then I have been working on pushing my mind and body to its limits by doing extreme unique challenges which I do to show others that nothing is impossible with the right mindset and correct training. I am also proud to say that I am fit at over 40 :)
