Interview with Claire Harman;

Full name: Claire Harman                      Age: 46 erm I mean 21! 🤣🤣

What was the main reason for joining V2?  I wanted to lose a bit of weight but my main reason was to make friends with food!, by which I mean fuel my body correctly, cut out the junk and know what I can eat and still lose weight correctly

What would you say was the biggest habit change you had to make? Eating! LOL Yeap learning to eat and not be afraid of food! Changing my mindset to being positive about food and enjoying food in the correct portion size. Exercise hasn’t been an issue for me as I LOVE doing various group exercise classes weekly with Michelle Laurie and on classes with Michellelauriefitness . My favourite class is TurboKick but I do enjoy Cize and Body Balance and of course my new I treat since lockdown running 👍

What was the best part of your fitness journey? Meeting new people making friends with people that encourage you on your journey. Gaining confidence slowly by going to different classes Exercise is for sure my thing when I need to let go of life stresses and reset my mind about

What was the biggest thing you learned about yourself during your transformation? When I didn’t feel like working out I was able to focus on the positives I would feel from doing a workout! When I didn’t quite stick to my healthy eating plan and had a treat it was ok I’m only human 1 day wouldn’t hurt and I can go back to plan in the morning.

What would you say you struggled the most with? Food! Believing I can eat food correctly and not gain weight! I’ve always beloved workout lots and eat little was the way forward!

Best workout/exercise? my all-time favourite is TURBOKICK it’s the best! I also love to run which is something I’ve only been doing since week 2 of lockdown! Music in my ears and me time 👍 I have always said I’d love to run but can’t till Bruno said ya can do anything if ya set ya mind to it!!

How has your mindset changed since you started? my mindset has changed bigtime for the better! I’m able to think more positively, take on new challenges for me and fulfil them. Food is no longer an enemy!

What words of advice would you give someone who is just starting out their fitness journey? GOOOO FOR IT! ya can do anything too set ya mind to, it really is believing in yourself and your mindset. Enjoy your journey, there’s no time limit and reach out to people that encourage you and be proud of yourself for starting your journey for you! I love every moment of eating right and doing my exercise makes me feel so good!

How much weight have you lost since you started? loads!

What’s next? Hmmmm..... to keep going in the right direction, continue to do what I’m doing with confidence and to encourage anyone starting their journey!

I am so proud of how far Claire has come, and I know she still has no much to learn about her potential, all I am going to say about Claire is watch this space as no one has seen Claire at her best yet.

there really is NO holding her back now, the best is definitely to come.
