When you're told you get one cheat meal per week.
Yep, let's talk about this.....
That moment when you are faced with a mountain of food, a pile of food which could feed a small army or the type of food that other people walk past and look in amazement.......But not you, in your head, it's a different story.......Your mind is saying; "it's OK, it's my cheat meal."
And boom, before you know it, your face is covered with sauces and bit by bit you TRY and make your way through this HUGE meal.
Now at what point did it go wrong, at what point did we think it would be ok to have our weekly amount of calories in one meal?
So why do people ruining their weekly fat loss goals by having huge cheat meals or cheat days??
➡️Here is one main reason:
You are restricting yourself in calories or food during the week too much, possibly under eating which will make you feel the need to eat foods that you crave rather than need.
You will find that if you do restrict your calories and types of foods too much you will find yourself wanting to eat more and snack this leading us to having a MASSIVE cheat meal or snacking on the entire contents of the biscuit cupboard.
Don't ruin the hard work you do during the week in one meal or over the weekend. If you are doing this, maybe you need to re-look at your current nutrition plan and make some changes.
Just to make it clear, I am not saying don't have a cheat meal or eat the foods you enjoy, what I am saying is plan it better so you can still achieve your fat loss goals and enjoy your foods.
We can all be WINNERS!!
