No Excuses, No Problem, Just Solutions!

We can all make excuses why we can't keep ourselves fit and healthy, we can tell ourselves its cold outside, the gyms are closed, etc etc etc.......

Well, I remember when I use to get up at 4:30 am every morning to make sure I got to the gym before work, I remembered during the first lockdown how I made gym equipment from things I found around the house.

You see, I could have made excuses but I decided to focus on things that I could do and to make sure myself and my clients stayed on the right path to achieving our goals.

I know it's easy to say I will do it tomorrow, or it's cold today I will train when it warms up, but what happens if the winter has just begun? what happens if the gyms won't open for another month or so??

What are you going to do? Wait??

Never leave something for tomorrow if you're meant to do it today, this is an important rule, so let's break this down even more.

You have a goal to lose some weight or to get healthier. But you're not willing to walk in the cold, not willing to train in the garden or to train with water bottles and bands.....Well, guess what? You are the reason you are not achieving your goals, you are blaming it on other things but the fact is, you are to blame, I know this is harsh but its the truth.

The simple fact is; If you REALLY WANT to achieve your goals enough you will get out there and do what is needed.

Don't let the reason why you fail your goals be YOU!

FIND THAT WANT AND YOU WILL FIND THE DETERMINATION!
